‘but’ of course – squats tones the thighs and butt – so happy butt, happy person who has to fit the butt in a nice pair of jeans…… 🙂
Squats only tone the thighs and butt if you can make it back up to the standing position.
of course i can make it up! – or at least until my old dancer knees need a lego replacement.
You might need to help me get up.
