Yes, it goes without saying.
Some things are as obvious as a sore thumb, I suppose.
Try picking up a glass of water without a thumb, sore or otherwise. Looks darn silly.
This is why I would use a straw.
Picking up a glass of water with a straw looks even sillier.
I don’t think I could suck hard enough to pick up a whole glass of water. Perhaps if it was just a shot glass filled with vodka.
You never know until you try.
It seems to work better if I drink the vodka first.
Vodka always helps with feats of daredevilism.
For my next attempt, I shall try and sing ” Come on Eileen” while gargling moonshine.
